Floyd rose frozen fine tuner?

So the other day the d string fine tuner frozen where it was. I
emailed guitar center and they said to take the bridge off and give it
an oil bath. What do I do? Its already In an oil bath. What do I do if
it is still stuck after oil bath?please help
